WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
R8gzwear uses Shopify Payments to process credit card transactions and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept Cash, cheque or Cash-on-delivery (COD).
IS MY CREDIT CARD SECURE?
R8gzwear uses Shopify Payments to process all credit card transactions. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and this compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order please call 310-297-1500
or email us at info@r8gzwear.com and we will respond to your message as soon as possible.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
All orders placed prior to 8:30 AM PST will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 8:30 AM PST will be dispatched the following day. Please allow 2-5 working days for standard delivery in the US.
WHERE DOES R8GZWEAR DELIVER TO?
R8gzwear only delivers in the US.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT IS NOT IN STOCK?
Our website inventory updates every hour with the latest stock information, however occasionally certain styles can sell out due to popularity. If this does occur, we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email.
HOW DO PROMOTIONS WORK?
Promotions include free gifts, discounts or sale items and promotional codes. Promotions are valid for a specified period of time and be of single use only unless otherwise specified. Single use promotions must be used in their entirety and can not be combined with any other promotions. If you wish to refund or exchange a product that was purchased during a promotion, you will receive a refund or goods to that amount. If the promotion has expired you forfeit the use of that promotion on the replacement or on future orders. R8gzwear reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time.
